For nearly three decades, °Ä³¬Ö±²¥ has supported the work of Wallowa Resources, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating strong economies and healthy landscapes through land stewardship, education, and job creation. Beginning with a $7,500 grant in 1997 to provide general assistance to the organization, all the way to a $75,000 grant in 2023 to support the efforts of Working Homes, the foundation and its donors have invested more than $2 million in the organization. This support has helped make a significant positive impact for Oregonians — creating jobs, promoting environmental stewardship and improving the quality of life for residents. Read the full East Oregonian article .
